Consent
You decide before data is used
No data about a player on your roster is shown or used until a parent or guardian agrees. Game film can show opponents and non-consented players; that film stays staff-only. You can see what is stored and ask for it to be removed.
- Players under 13 join through a verified consent step: a signed consent form plus a one-time code (in preview). We are designing for the amended COPPA Rule with counsel.
- No medical records. Availability only.
- Removing a member ends access right away.
What stays private
Opponents are never named or tracked
Players from other teams can appear in film. They are staff-only, never named and never part of a shared export.
- Film is not used for training without an opt-in.
- AI never diagnoses or clears a player.

Nothing during 2027. The coach or program pays for the team. Family seats are not charged in 2027, and nothing is gated behind a fee. Paid parent extras (highlight downloads) may come later.

Common questions
Do we need to pay to see the schedule?
No. Player and parent accounts are free during 2027. They come with every coach plan, including Free.
What can a parent see?
Their own child's schedule, assigned plays in read-only form, evaluations the coach shares and the consent status. Not other families' children.
Do players and parents see the same thing?
No. The player view has assigned plays, quizzes and the schedule. The parent view has one child's schedule, RSVPs and consent. Staff views, like the coach and trainer views, stay with the staff.
Is my child's video stored?
Not until a guardian consents. After that it is visible to staff and the player. It is not used to train AI unless you opt in.
Are there ads?
No. Not on the free plan and not for families.
Is the app available in Spanish?
Not yet. The parent and player app in Spanish is Coming 2027. Until then the app is in English only.
