The US basketball year
Built around your season
High school runs through the winter, club and AAU through the spring and summer, and fall leagues in between. Pay for the months you coach.
April to July
Club and AAU season
A $129 season pass started in April runs through August: the whole spring and summer circuit, plus a month to wrap up film and study.
November to March
High school season
One $129 season pass covers November through March, tryouts to the state tournament. Paying Team monthly for the same 5 months is $145.
September and October
Fall league
Too short for a pass. Team monthly for two months is $58. Coaching all three seasons? Team yearly at $290 costs less than two passes and a fall ($316).
Pilots run during the spring and summer 2027 club season, so we are ready for the 2027–28 high school season. Many schools choose next year's tools between April and August 2027, for budgets that start July 1.

Common questions
Can a team leave or join mid-season?
You can add teams as registrations come in. Talk to us about timing and proration before you rely on a mid-month change.
Do parents with kids on two teams need two accounts?
No. One parent account links to each of their children.
Can we collect fees and registrations?
Not yet. Registration and payments are coming in 2027. Spond and TeamSnap do this today, and many clubs keep them for dues. Nothing syncs between them and Hoops ClinIQ.
Do volunteer coaches get their own login?
Yes. The Program plan includes 3 coach seats per team. Talk to us if you need more.
